I finally could take some live pictures of one of the most appealing modern Panerai, the PAM 587. I find the PAM 372 very convincing, and so is the Marina Militare. I still have to make my mind between these 2, unless I decide to not choose and take both ...  

and you can customise it with some great straps.

and I mean...YOU...I think that the duo 587-673 would be just perfect. Both Mamma Mia, both with gorgeous vintage hands. Moreover, the case of the 673 fits the wrist a bit better than the 372's one. But this is only my opinion ...  

The 673 would..replace..the 372. Your list would remain very short

because I've tried both and the 673 case has lugs that are ergonomically superior to the ones of the 372

I know the lugs of the 673 and 587 are different but thought the 673 and 372 had the same case and lugs. I agree that the 673 and 587 would make a great MM set. But there's a case for the 372 -- chunkier hands complement rugged crown guard. If you prefer ...

for the "side to side" comparison I did with 587/673 but the "feel" of the two models on the wrist is different (for me). We know like a millimeter here, a millimeter there, can give a different feel to a watch. I could be wrong and trust my feeling too m... 

looking at the lugs of my 605 (372 twin) and the 673, through a magnifying glass and discovered that the lugs of the 673 are infinitesimally slimmer, shorter and rounder than that of the 605.

The 604 is your Firenze Radiomir, right? -- altogether different than a 372. Regardless, if you have a 372 twin Panerai and the lugs are different than those of the 673, that is interesting. I had always assumed that a 1950 Luminor case was a 1950 Luminor... 

I was referring to my..605. I've already modified my previous post. I was also surprised about the minute differences between the two cases. My referring to potential loss of my eyesight, when I observed the lugs under the magnifying glass, was intentiona... 

So interesting that the 605 and 372 lugs differ a tiny bit from those of the 673. I guess I'll keep my 673 ... unless Nicolas now needs one ;-)

of the 1950 models, for me. I only have 4 of them but the 673 is the one I don't...feel...on my wrist when I use it. When I wear one of the others (127-217-605) I KNOW there are there...LOLLL
