First Panerai for thin wrists
Hi
I am looking to purchase my first panerai but I have relatively thin wrists (at 6.25 inches - more round than flat). I have been looking at the Pam 392 (42mm) and the 44mm brown Pam 351 (titanium). I think the 44mm designs look better but the 42mm seem to fit better on the wrist. See attached some wrist shots.
I would be most grateful for any views especially since I'm new to Panerai. I normally wear 40mm watches (rolex sub and the Jaeger memovox).

Thank you all for your suggestions. I went to the boutique again and tried the watches on and am set to get a 44mm luminor 1950. My choice now is between the Pam 233 (which is gorgeous but a bit out of my budget) and the Pam 351 (titanium). The Pam 233 si...
