Another vote for the 249 which will be more
........versatile for everyday wear or in your rotation.
The 28 is going to be prone to scratches and it would be shame to have it as a 'safe queen'. It is an awesome which & I love it, but I wouldn't pick it for my 2nd Panerai, just yet

Only reservation is the claim of a 'NEW' 28A. Given that this watch was released almost 10 years ago, need to be careful w/ that statement. Good luck!
