Montblanc

Dials are probably done by Donze Cadran

The enamel dials are probably made by Donze Cadran, which is the only company able to make large quantities of traditional, oven-fired enamel dials. They supply dials to Daniel Roth and possibly Jaquet Droz, amongst others. These images from the Donze Cadran site will give you an idea of how many brands the company works for.

But nonetheless, black enamel dials are really uncommon but they are very attractive; the texture and sheen of genuine enamel cannot be compared with lacquered enamel.

As for whether Montblanc would be respected without Minerva? Given the amount of effort the company had put into its watchmaking capabilities - yes - but it would take a longer time. Long before it acquired Minerva Montblanc made a big-date, flyback chronograph containing the Jaquet-modified 7750 used by Graham and other niche brands; that was already a sign that the brand was serious about moving into proper horology.
