Perfect jumper.
The timepiece looks stunning on your wrist, yet somehow I wish it were a little more elegant. I welcome the technical improvements such as the screw down crown and ratcheting rehaut, but I honestly prefer the look of the blue double gradient Polaris Date limited edition of 800. I'd love to see a picture of the two side by side. If the limited edition had come with an alarm function, I would have snapped it up.
I prefer the look of the previous limited edition Polaris Memovox with clous de Paris strap, but the technical specs of the Polaris Mariner Memovox. It will be interesting to see how the Polaris and Polaris Mariner lines develop.

I think the Mariner Date and Memovox are very cool and have beautiful dials, but I wish for the price that they both had the strap change mechanism like the Compressors and would come with the bracelet AND the rubber strap with deployment buckle. -Dean
