It's amazing how my feeling for this watch has completely changed now that it has been brought back to brand new condition. I've been wearing it all weekend and being able to finally enjoy it without the cloud of problems that initially encircled it is a huge relief for me and makes the whole expense of the service and repair worthwhile.

I thought it would be good to post my experience because it is true as Nicolas stated, we rarely hear from the customers who have had the good experiences such as myself, as it's usually only the negative experiences which get the most attention and feedback.

In any event, here are a couple photos of my EWA on the Tides of Time strap which is a very comfortable and sporty combination:

We always criticize trains when they are late. It is good to say your satisfaction when all comes to perfection. And most of the time, like trains on time, a watch is well serviced. ;) Best Nicolas

Hi there, I first shipped my watch to the Richemont US Technical Center in Fort Worth, Texas around mid-March for an evaluation and estimate of costs. They mailed me the paperwork detailing the repairs and services needed in early April, which I sent back...

I recently send my master perpetual calendar and was informed that it'll take 6 months before I'll get it back. Hopefully it'll be back sooner than expected just like you did. Watch looks brand new indeed.
