Hi there,
I first shipped my watch to the Richemont US Technical Center in Fort Worth, Texas around mid-March for an evaluation and estimate of costs. They mailed me the paperwork detailing the repairs and services needed in early April, which I sent back with my authorization to carry out the work. They informed me over the phone that my watch could only be worked on in Le Sentier and as soon as they received my authorization, I was told shortly thereafter that my watch had been shipped there. Thus, my watch was in Switzerland from around late-April until about mid-June when they let me know that it was shipped back to the Richemont US Technical Center for further quality control tests which lasted about three weeks and then the watch was ready to go.
All the best with your NSA service; I hope everything goes well! Is it being sent in for a repair or routine maintenance?
