Thank you for the reply. My NSA has been shipped to

 

the Manufacture for a little bit of both actually:

1- The bezel turns too easily, does not have the crisp click that one would expect.

2- At the begining my timepiece would be 6 seconds too fast, on an average daily basis. For the past recent months it would be a daily average of 15 seconds too fast.

 I was surprised that they shipped it to Switzerland because originally the AD told me that this would be a minor fix and the local service office would do it in a snap. I certainly did not anticipate to lose my NSA for 3 months. I must admit that I am a bit disappointed.

In the mean time I have to rely on my iPhone to wake me up and it is not the same at all.
