Nothing much to say except this is a brilliantly made black dial watch that works so well with every day wear, and is really comfortable and practical to wear. The black is also a very attractive shade, a lot to admire here....

Thanks, my friend. Not many manufacturers realize the importance of coherent color schemes. I'm glad this one didn't fail that test.

the other thing they got right was the case dimensions - a very restrained 39mm size with a svelte 9mm case. Only wish the bezel could be a hair slimmer and it would be perfect.

and I agree, I personally HATE white boxes - especially when a brand could have made or purchased at matching date disc and made the look "cleaner." I can't wait until the rose gold version comes out! -Dean

Saw it at Heathrow the other day but then got distracted by a phone call and did not try it on in the end But looks like a spectacular watch - nicely understated, very usable and very, very nice

especially when it comes to watches. They can end up as those little accidental ownership moments Thanks for the comments..it is certainly a very nice one, especially once it is on the wrist.

It reminds me of how Pateks can sometimes be not particularly impressive, UNTIL they are on the wrist. I hope this level of candor is OK! But I remember seeing a 5070 wg in person years ago... comparing it to a Dato... and finding the Patek a silly joke. ... 

This is a watch that looks like a "watch". Nothing spectacular at first glance, except the deep black, but once it's on the wrist, it comes alive.
