I think it is a WONDERFUL addition (and edition)...
to the Master Control series. It fulfills one wish of mine, the continuation of the platinum series.
I DO think, in like fashion, that a hinged case back would have been nice, but the old style would have been too thick. If JLC had introduced a PP-style "invisible hinge," that would have made this an amazing series.
I do hope that we'll see the blue motif continues in a late-2022 release of the Geographique, and MCCC, as well.

I thoroughly enjoyed it! Having a soft spot for the MC Date, especially now in blue, this is a very compelling offering from JLC. The fine details of the dial , including the sun ray finish and second dimensional minute track add interesting depth
