Got the call today!

My AD, who I have been hounding about the 68 since I tried the prototype on at a JLC evening at the beginning of December last year, called yesterday and left me a cryptic message! I called back this morning to give him hell for winding me up only to forgive him everything when he announced that my 68 (let, me just type that again - my 68 - ) has just arrived! I've read every thread on the watch, the history of it and posted envious messages of congratulations to those who have received them. Now finally I'll be able to post pics of mine and add them to the rollcall! sadly, not though for another couple of weeks until I can pick it up

I reckon the dial changes and problems have generated much more debate and therefore interest in the watch. I do reckon a few may be appearing on the market from "distressed" sellers or those looking to make a swift profit. All I know is I won't be moving mine on in a hurry and it will join my stable of three other JLCs.
