Jaeger-LeCoultre

All your points are true Respo...

A number of explainations could account for the amount of Polaris showing up as after sales. I am sure there are a lot out there who purchased them to make a quick buck of the back of the pre-sale hype. However, I don't think the watch has been as warmly received as initially indicated. I love the watch, particularly the '65 model, but I think that one is obviously more difficult to come by and seen much less (due to the number released). The two complications I am currently considering are a chronograph or alarm, and this is part of my ongoing dilemma. I have swayed a little from my insistance on 100m WR and started to consider the Amvox2 again. No matter how much I look around at different makes and models, I have not seen anything that ligts my fire anywhere near the DBS and I haven't yet seen one in the metal. I look at your pictures and it just screams "buy me"!!! That said, I do like polaris - the look, the acrylic, the WR and the history.

My next purchase will not be until the new year, so I have plenty of time to deliberate further before I decide.

Cheers
David
