In my case, I don't care about that, I just care about the watch, and as I said in a previous answer to this post, I really love my NSA.
As for the bezel, I don't really see your point, when you compare it to the Rolex Sub bezel, but Craniotes answered you, on this matter.
Though, it is not acceptable that you got a scratched bezel. There are many things which happen at an AD store, sadly, and I often saw many hairlines on brand new watches, even, sometimes, some dings.
I'm happy to know that your issue was quickly solved, too.

First time I hear that, by the way. I have mine for a year and a half, and I can tell you that I used it like a toolwatch, last summer, without any issue. Strange. Best, Nicolas.
