Is this really a big deal?

So…we have cases in steel AND gold!
And we have straps that can be changed…! My goodness, what next?!? The innovation department must have been working for years on that! Gosh, what will they think of next?
Oh, aha - and a selection of dial colours!!!!!
The real innovation here, it seems to me, is in the single most important element of modern watchmaking: *marketing*.
More seriously - look, it’s great they’re making a number of dial options available. The rest is no news at all, but at least they let you have the combination you want from the available options. (It beats trying to get a Rolex with whatever colour dial / bezel / bracelet you like, which you can configure on their website, because all the cases are only made out of Unobtainium.)
Best

There are custom options with many independents, and the Ochs & Jr people used to allow virtually unlimited custom options, using an app on their website -- but the multitude of complications got away from them and made life too difficult both for custome...
And yet I like the standard classic version...

Kind of hard to improve upon perfection... The silver dial with the gold applied numerals on the dial is my favorite version! I'm not sure I could design one that'd look much better in my eyes.
+3!

Instead of the boutique saying, “we don’t have that color to try on,” they will be able to offer virtually every customizable option, available in the metal, for buyers to try on. Cool idea
