You know I’ve never been to Sentosa.
Going to Singapore for maybe 15 years now and the furthest away from “downtown” I’ve gotten p, aside from the airport, is Holland Village. There is (was) a nice dessert only place out there.
I actually have Pekin duck living in our aviary backyard.
Very loving animals. As such I no longer eat duck. Luckily for me I barely notice it in this picture because I’m staring so intently at this dial!!

I grabbed some light dinner and then went to a place called 2AM Dessert Bar, which was the main reason for heading out there.
One of my favorite dishes 😋, including all cuisines.

Using hands
because the duck skin is eaten with a thin layer of pancake which is hard to pick up by chopsticks. And will be messy 😅
