I find your Vingt-8 simply beautiful, I love its cleanliness, I think your choices are perfectly in harmony with Kari's style.
Now, I already knew you're indeed an expert and that you know the best and most elegant way to express your taste, so it's always an great pleasure to read from you. But this time I think you've done better than yourself and this review is absolutely a must-read, because of the many, many information and emotion offered. For example, from now on I have one more reason to appreciate KV's masterpieces, since I didn't know nothing about his two wheels escapement with direct impulse; for sure, Kari is in a watchmaker's category apart, in addition to be a very kind person.

You're right and from what I could read and discuss,
it is not that easy to keep. Some watchmakers really try to share their knowledge in that field but the hard work and tenacity needed is not something that all the new watchmakers agree to perform. Hope they'll be able to pass on the torch! Cheers, Mark
