Christiaan Van Der Klaauw is a Dutch independent specializing in astronomical automatons and time pieces. They have been around for a while. They don’t get much love (not Swiss or German) and not enough people know about them. I’m not sure why that’s the ... 

With the brand? US dealers don’t seem to have any interest in representing them. And you never hear anyone talking about the brand. It seems too strange.

And like you said they deserve more attention imho .

While their top-of-the-line pieces are truly breathtaking, the attention to detail even on their entry-level pieces is exquisite. Love my Ariadne! ...
