Narrowed Down My De Bethune Choice
I've decided to purchase a DB28 as my representative of De Bethune. And I believe that I've narrowed it down between two open dial designs. I know this is purely subjective, but I was wondering whether there is a prevailing opinion about which one is more "purely" De Bethune (whatever that means!)

DB stands for blue titanium, for sure. Still, being a simple guy, I like my things pure and my choice would be No. 1.

While there is a lot of blue ti today, the early watches were not so blue and the aiguille d'or winning db28 was more like the first one. That said, the DB polished blue ti is super sweet, electric blue unlike anything else, so no bad options either way đ...
I think the top one looks more harmonious and will be a timeless classic.
The second is just a little blue, but not enough to be bold like the Kind of Blue.

Blue is more associated with De Bethune
That being said, the first one was the version that won GPHG if I'm not mistaken. IMO, the first version is more attractive, you get a touch of blue with the moon phase anyway.
