I think that covers it. I would post scans, but my IP address is blocked so I can only access the website while on vacation. Once back home, it's not possible anymore - and that's where the pictures are!

Like governments' census...where did you sleep on the night of the census? Since AHCI members make everything from the Guinness Book of Records smallest wooden watch to the big clocks, maybe pens are not so far out to demonstrate skill? Regards, MTF
