I'd say that supporting independents on their first project is always a bit of a Kickstarter, but Xhevdet can share resources and expertise with Rexhep. That makes it medium risk.
I think the spoon hand looks fine, but the complication is strange. The running seconds isn't meant for precise reading, but the 60 seconds graduation is wrong if the hand makes one revolution every 58 seconds. Might as well delete the graduations, except for a mark at the top. We should drop all pretenses and admit this is just a demonstration of watchmaking prowess and does not have any utility in terms of being able to read off the time any better.
It is somewhat natural to root for the younger brother to match or surpass his older brother's success, but let's also hope this friendly competition drives both brothers to new heights.

But I agree with your points on the hands and lugs. Not my first choice in this price range either.

The lugs are insane, the movement is ok and the dial doesn't work. I don't see how this is in any way comparable to the amazing RRCC II, or any other watch by Akrivia for that matter.
Not crazy about the hour hand and I find the
movement to be a bit uninspiring and "plain Jane" so to speak.

This watch is desperately needing some refinement to come close to the price offering. The stripes for me are one of the biggest fails in their rendering. For 83k they can do better, I will take a Kari for a bit more or a LF tourbillon all day. So many ch...
Agreed with you on the lugs
They could have been done more elegantly in my opinion. However the dial I find interesting, especially the metal lines that corresponds to the hours on the inner part of the dial. The hands I’m neutral on but they are different from others.
