...but I have always wanted a watch with a fusee and chain. Such a delicate solution...so many tiny pieces. It seems like a solution to a problem that doesn't exist (I know, there is a problem to solve). But making the rollers out of rubies is over the top. Take that, Lange!

Beautiful fusee-based pocket watches are readily available for very reasonable prices. I used to own a fusee movement; absence of the case was helpful in viewing the fusee.

watch which have a chain. I do not know which, but i red Lange made one. Tow watches exist. Ulysse Nardin yacht regatta? The hands moved by tow, and the anchor have also a function.
