I think maybe the main difference is....
Vianney's 1500CHF fee is meant to make the watch to factory condition.
When I send my Pisa Dato to Germany to make it like factory condition (brand new condition)....it costs $2500 instead of $1500.
Vianney's basic servicing is 7000CHF , though expensive , I think I can still accept it if the watch can be guaranteed to function well for a long time after the service.

actually when I send in for servicing...
which is very not often, I also expect the watch to come back in like new condition. At least that's my experience with Dufour, Journe, Lange and Patek....they all came back looking spanking new. For Vianney basic service, not rebuilding...it is around 70...
