Goodluck!

I feel for you, about 5 years ago i sent a SS Daytona El Primero in for service. When they sent it back it got lost and or sent to the wrong address. I spent months communicating with UPS, Rolex and others. Turns out it was shipped to the wrong address and then it disappeared. I called the police to go to that address and try to obtain the watch. Long story short i never got the watch back. To this day Roex has all the serial numbers and everything in their theft department. I am just hoping that one day the culprit will send this watch in for service and it will be flagged and returned to me. I have been hoping for this for the past 5 years. This is the only time i wish something would go wrong with the watch and it will stop working so the person will have to send it in.

Anyways i hope this does not happen to you!!
