You're probably right...
But the difference is that at other places, like Cellini (Waldorf Astoria, New York) and Harry Winston (Crystals, Las Vegas), the staff not only welcomes you but grabs the chance to break out from the monotony by talking about their passion with someone who has the same passion! I don't know how it's for you, but I love to talk about my interests and I can't understand how you'd work at a place like Marcus and not be interested in watches.
Then again, I'm probably the worst salesperson in history and wouldn't last a day, let alone get a sale...
