That watch is way over USD200k man! My wife will castrate me if I bought it, and my children will abandon me when I'm old, if that watch is in my posession.
It's the (much) cheaper, younger brother of Majesty Tourbillon. Blu Planet Open, with orbital carbon fiber dial. The case is thicker at the top, the glass is dome-shaped. Anyway, it's NICE.

Very easy to do the date quick set here is how.
You just move the hour hand back and forth between 10 and 2 and you can quickly reset the date. You don't have to do the usual wind of the minute hand round and round.
