I think the best option is the Ebel Votager WT which has a 38 mm case but regrettably is out of production so you should look in the vintage or pre owned market. Their prices are affordable I guess.
There were several variants with colored map, gold bezels, all steel, etc.
They are charming and I would love to have one in my collection as well.

The MB Orbis Terrarium is a little thick and not quite elegant enough for a young lady. I think you're going to have to stick with a Patek 5110!
