Again, they do take the risk in the fx, knowingly that USD is histrocally very low. I think it is not only a CHF strength, but rather more of a USD weakness. CHF did not have the same performance against other ccy's, lets say, EUR.
The Swiss companies had a lot of time to re-adjust themselves with the new reality, meaning strong CHF. It is also worth mentioning that CH companies are more interest on what is going on with the EURCHF mainly, our neighbours from NORTH, SOUTH, EAST and WEST 
!
! I say it is a good time to buy American cars! Something that comes to my mind is the DODGE DEMON in yellow!

If you can afford 6 figures for a watch, it is not really a big deal. Mentally I already calculated this into the price of my voutillainen as I always figure FX will work against me lol

Unlike M2, I do not plan ahead for major currency fluctuations. I expect currencies to be fairly stable. I guess I'm not a great chess player today - I didn't predict this unexpected move!

That actually would've had more positives than negatives. Especially since most of the economic system in Canada is quite similar to the economic system in USA. But bigger powers at be were against this.
