One is completely original and untouched...the other one is aftermarket bezel, retouched cleaned dial and repolished... For me no contest. The Phillips watch is like all the vintage watches should be: fully original and in its juice.
Not so much for aftermarket parts though. I think the taste for original & worn -> deteriorated condition is a bit overblown now; original yes, deteriorated no.
