Thanks for sharing them. I looked at the automatic Citizen and it looks like a very nice watch, just for its price there are so many other pieces that I would rather have.

I'm intrigued by the Quiet Club watch, a brand I've never seen. What is the purpose of the hole in the bezel at 5 Thanks much. M4

I initially thought the hole at 4 on Quiet Club might show the alarm-set time or maybe have a role in the chime's acoustics, but, according to Monochrome, "This outer ring also has a hole that indicates if the alarm system is activated or not."

What a great tour of Japanese brands! Have you seen Minase? I was interested in these watches when I was in Japan but haven’t seen anything since then. I was hosted that time by Seiko, and it seemed rude to buy another brand during my visit. So I got an A...  

Yes, Minase is still around and I saw that they have counter space at a couple of places in Ginza, including Ginza Mitsukoshi. Astrons are great pieces ... I still need to snare one !

The first photo is wonderful, congratulations on capturing that moment. As for the watches I'm not in colored precious metals but that YG GS is lovely.

I've come around more to gold with age, I think.
