AP FPJ Montblanc PP UN I'm guessing that both the AP and FPJ pieces will each reach half a million. A foregone conclusion that the PP will be the top price. I think the Montblanc & UN pieces could be steals.
Bringing the Avantgarde and the Technically Smooth/Classic together should yield an interesting result I hope....

In order of descending visceral desire of ownership as an object to have on wrist and gaze at and play with: 1 PP- because the MR sound on a titanium case must be insane 2 FPJ- because of the dial and the homage and because its the only real piece unique ...

Totally agree with that especially with the brand new movement of FPJ instead of just changing colors on a pre-existing model! FPJ always throw tons of surprise on Only Watch

I don't think anyone has selected these 5 yet!! I have always liked JD, I wish their dials were smaller, to match the elegant layouts that they have. The Blancpain just lookks very cool. And with the special font type used on the dial, I found the Moritz ...
I think you're the first one who selected the Moritz Grossmann. But it's an excellent choice. Very classy and elegant timepiece with them. No lack of taste
Regarding JD dial/case sizes, I'm fully agree with you. I would like to see smaller case sizes rather than the 43mm ones for instance. For such dressy timepieces, it's a little bit too big for me. Best wishes Alkiro
For me, the dial and its layout are the most important part of a watch....
I know what I like in dials, I am a huge fan of Kari, GO (I know you agree with me a lot on this!!), and I've always been a huge fan of the JD dials. Lots of enamel/porcelain, clean dials... even up to 41mm I could live with. But 43mm for such a thin case...
I owned this one (Les Lunes) and the case was perfect (40.5mm)
And I really love the Date Astrale in 39mm. Some could say it's made for women but I don't think so. Very classy and poetic for me. Best wishes Alkiro ...

Then Journe for its movement. The dial, like many other watches is trying too hard. The KV is poise, composure, class.
Don't you find Kari's dial is a bit disorienting, at a certain limit disappointing?
It is said to be sports... A sandwich dial, no decoration, with an exquisite and movement, as always. The spirit of he dial is a bit in contradiction with the rest of the watch. Contradiction, inconsistence, or just out of the beaten paths? Best, Nicolas

Agree with you about Journe's mouvement. Absolutely gorgeous and stunning. Regarding the dial, the only thing, for me, which can be disturbing are the colours used which don't necessarily work together (a wonderful blue with red and yellow).
Of course, I would like to see it in real in order to confirm or not my first feeling about this element. About KV, its dial is may be a little bit too conventional when you compare it to what KV can offer. But, with a titanium case which signify a sporti...
