I would also consider the JLC ultra thin moonphase date in steel. Its 39mm and has a beautiful silver-ish dial that is a knockout in the metal.
I think watches like the patek 5196p and lange saxonia are the epitome of horology but ever since I left wall street corporate law, moved to a tropical asian country and switched from kiton suits to a patagonia wardrobe, I have been looking for a sports watch that echos the horological and style sophistication of the watches on your list.

This is the most interesting 175th Anniversary watch, IMO. Nice glimpse to the foundation of the LeCoultre Factory, in a superb case with a delicious chocolate dial... And the awesome Cal 849, nicely decorated, and correctly finished. Best, Nicolas....

I am with Nicholas halfway ... I hate a date on a dress watch, but I think a seconds hand is OK. I think the best optionn for you might be an old Lange 1815, which can be had for a relative song and are just wonderful. Best Andreas

Hi Def winner in my opinion - tried at QP event in London in November. Could have quite happily walked off with it on my wrist & the only thing that stopped me is that they had my master moon! It does wear quite small as well - which for me is a positive....
I would go to the JLC.
It is a very balanced watch despite its large size. Careful: it looks bigger than it is actually due to the thin bezel. And the two others are far from convincing me. Fx
