I think the legibility of lots of watches could be vastly improved with blued or blackened hands. VC also does well with their hands which have brushed and polished sides to make them much more legible.

Love them. I've got a few....
Sometimes they look black but these are all "cooked"... On this Speake-Marin I looks like the topping tool logo has also been blued on the movement . ...
For me, Vianney Halter and Peter Speake-Marine had the nicest blued hands ....
Unfortunately, I never had a watch from them. Marcus
