Hey Scott, when you are thrashing on the drums do you wear a good watch?

Do you have any experience with problems on a mechanical watch? Just wondered because my old boss is drummer in a church band and wonders about wearing his good Omega. Cheers, Mike

Haven’t had issues all these years

Mike - I drum with my watches on, from the Lange’s to the Seiko’s and all these years, I’ve had no problems with them. In fact, I get more problems with them being near my mobile phone and tablets than with the drums.

You even wear vintage Seikos

while drumming? 😉 I guess you know what you’re doing. Thanks for the input — I’ll tell boss man he’s not doing it any harm. Cheers, Cazalea PS - I found the box for that vintage watch ...

Vintage Seiko, I’ve not tried ;-)

But wouldn’t take the risk, as I don’t know if the older shock systems will be able to keep up.

Hey Mike...

... I tend not to wear a watch when I play. I used to wear a G-Shock, but my preference is to have my wrists unrestricted. - Scott

And just the Habring I am looking to get 😉👌🏻

Although with them I would be happy with pretty much everything 😉

It somehow at a first quick glance reminds me of the JLC with that bluish sector dial And a watch should be able to withstand a bit of drumming shouldn’t ?

This watch is terribly handsome. And I'm a fan of the Habrings in general.

But that foudroyante flipping around all the time would drive me mad! A small seconds in that position I'd welcome. I'd even go for a Habring two-hander. Calm. Tells you all you really need to know. But hey, we're all so different! I'm glad to celebrate y...

Thank You...
