Horological Meandering

There is no clear winner here. I think both brands make superb daily wear chronographs and watches. One uses a winning movement and the other has multiple choices, albeit all are Speedmasters. Both strategies have pros, not sure if we can say cons. I am h...

The movement of the speedy professional line, despite the slight changes since its inception I feel remains one of its key features, as is the iconic design. Very pleased of its new iteration! Of course kudos to the Daytona, and with its iconic design too...

I thought that was a characteristic feature of ALL Speedmasters.🤔 Either way, the new white version is very convincing and holds it’s own against all the others.👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

The Speedies do really well in this head to head, especially when considering availability and after market pricing. I enjoy wearing my Speedy Pro more than my Sub. And might just have to get the white Speedy.

I think the new white Speedmaster will make collectors happy.

the Daytona’s secondary market price. I do like the Daytonas, but for that price (secondary market) I would always get something else.

Which makes me feel angry and disappointed as to why they are doing this 👎🏻

I’m puzzled as to why they make such nice watches, probably similar qty but the other just gets more attention.

I think you have 4 of the best chronographs ever!

I don’t believe it is really porcelain, but it seems to have that unique look/character in contrast to other white dials like the Daytona.

The coating must be thick enough to look like porcelain and it is good 👍🏻

And yes, just winners! 🤩 Will need to discover the new Speedmaster as well. I love the depth of the dial!

The dial with applied induces, sunken sub dials with concentric circles are interesting 👍🏻
