i've seen these and did a bit of investigation
sadly its quartz and the movement is hidden in the sides of the case similar to the Omega Magique of the 80's. when you look at the pics of the watch you can see that the subdials touch the edge of the case and are operated from there.
very clever technique to make an unusual looking watch if you can live with a quartz movement.
