Excellent review of a very "special" watch!...
One question...the movement is automatic (presumably, since you indicate rotor winding in both directions)?
PuristSPro certainly "hit a home run" with this one. The idea that there is more to come is worrisome--will need more storage space!!

If you secured the bar nut with blue loctite, would you be able to get it off?
Blue vs Red..
Patrick, FYI, Blue Loctite is removable but Red is permanent (but if you heat it enough it can come off). Also both bottles of Loctite are red but the fluid itself is either blue or red. Not sure of the generic stuff. -MW
