I think that would defeat the object and purpose of the Harry Winston Opus line of exceptional timepieces. These are, as far as I understand, one time only collaborative efforts, utilizing the jeweler designs of the magnificent Harry Winston, and the unique and visionary movements of independent master horologists, in the case of the Opus 3, Vianney Halter, and limited to just 55 pieces. More recent editions of the Opus series have seen a slight increase in the numbers produced, with the latest Opus 12 to be limited to 130 pieces. I think the general idea behind launching the Opus series back in 2001 was firstly to propel a quality jeweler into the top echelons of haute horology, and secondly, to also provide a platform for talented watchmakers to garner international recognition. My absolute favourite has to be the Opus 9. I am glad to have all the Opus watches remain in a dream watch category where for the majority, these are unobtainable, but we are fortunate to have the eclectic Mr. Cheong on this forum to share his pieces and continue to fuel the dream.
