Horological Meandering

Also, we have to have some empathy for the company.

MING has been unfortunately a bit popular for the flippers. Some flippers try to buy the watch and flip it to make a thousand dollars or sometimes more! So basically, MING requires a long-term financial outlay in the form of a deposit (that's not refundable) to discourage the flippers, since most serial flippers want to churn their money quickly. However, MING will definitely consider refunds on a case by case basis if situations for the buyer changes or if there's a financial emergency. Lastly, MING does offer a return policy on the watch. This option is rarely exercised, but if you absolutely hate the watch or it feels awful on your wrist, there is a 2 week return policy.
