Rolex just has that aspect to it, it carries a greater meaning socially, whereas the Omega is unburdened and will just deliver, with a free and easy feeling! Now without the numerals and Explorer dial any of OPs could take the crown 👑 but still I don’t kn...

And another thing about the quartz is that it’s a fully brushed bracelet, which makes it even more gada I suppose. I never sought out mine, I saw it and tried it on and immediately bought it, very reasonable price for the same quality exterior as any omeg...  

The grey dial can go with almost anything, adding attractiveness to an already versatile watch. Love the 11 mm case thickness! Yes, the modern 38 mm, such as the one I pictured is 12.5-13 mm thick (depending on who you ask). Fully brushed bracelet is a no... 

the Rolex is a classic design and all purpose watch, that looks great and is appropriate with any outfit. The Omega with that beautiful green and textured dial is perhaps more unique and I know you like green. If investment is a factor, then the Rolex win...

If my only green dial for now is the 39 mm Longines Legend Diver, that scratches the green itch really well! Alternatively I’m wondering if the green AT and green Longines would be a bit too similar in color and style

I like how Omega handled the date window. Do you prefer a date or not, there are very strong opinions on that topic here. Personally, I don’t mind a date window but I do like when it matches. I wish my Overseas had that.

I too am a blue dial junkie ! This is the best execution of a date window in the AT, for me. They’ve also color matched it. If I like everything else about the watch, this is the way. That being said , if Omega made an AT without date, my first choice wou...

and I'd struggle to choose between an exp1 and a submariner. I have often wondered if sapphire glare would drive me nuts, both my pam25 and the U50 have outstanding AR coating, rolex not so much.

The Explorer not only looks much better, it’s much better built. You can feel it the moment you hold one and the other. The Explorer has a long tradition of being an excellent watch, the quintessence of solid, reliable, tried and true. The way the Explore...  

I love the Explorer I but I have to say, that Omega with the classic an d classy green dial also looks ageless and timeless. And different. I’m a huge Rolex fan, BUT in this instance, I’d go Omega!

I´d go Omega if it were at bit slimmer. I think the Omega looks amazing, built like.a tank, and the dial colour goes from light green to almost black. But as mentioned, it is a bit too thick. So Explorer for me.

As I have said on here many times, that is the one watch I had and let get away, regretted it eve since. If I didn't want a Cartier tank so bad I would probably get another one.

Yeah, it’s a Rolex. But I think of all of them, a 36mm Explorer is about as close to a GADA Rolex in these times as there can be. Maybe, just maybe one of the OP36 could be that too. But they are not quite as enticing for most as the 3-6-9 Explorer. That’...
