It is compact, thin, offers perfect legibility, and I really like the more colourful attire. Highly comfortable to wear with both the original NATO strap and countless rubber/textile straps from the aftermarket. Regarding the "sea of black": Four of these...

But all of them end on rubber, leather or textile within a very short time, I simply dislike the feel of a metal bracelet on the wrist, even if it is titanium. The Seiko Sumo was refitted on steel only for selling it. Marcus
