Yes I did try the 42...

 

...but I can't compare it with RO 15400 since I did not try this latter.
However I must admit that the 42 mm was indeed wearing a bit large on my wrist as probably most of watches of this size : not only I have a small wrist but also my eyes are more used to "reasonably sized" watches between 37 and 40 mm and I find most of larger size ones a bit big for me. This 42 mm Laureato was no exception and the 38 mm did suit me obviously better. But it's a very subjective issue and a question of habit, thus my judgement on this is not a fact but my opinion only.
The only way to know is for you to see it in the metal and try it on your wrist wink.
