This would be from a time post-Ferrari co-branding, or whatever they called it, and when GP was making the same chronograph and referring to it as a Classique.

 

The main difference, I think, is that they were going more and more to a 40mm case, rather than the 38 that was prevalent other than for the super complications. That this is 38 surprised me. Excellent size. I also did not know the movement was GPs. Is it an integrated movement? Modular?
