The black looks good, but
. . . dark shiny tan croc plus I would add one gold heavy stitch close to one side of each lug end of the strap, al la Leica watch strap (but not in red). That will make your fabulous watch almost unique. Gold to reflect the moon-phase window etc.
I have added the same stitching to some of my watches to reflect in blue a blue seconds hand or in red to reflect red dates in a window or in bubblegum green to reflect green lumed hands etc. If one later dislikes the added stitches, they can be easily removed.
