Strap fits the DNA of the laureato 3 hander. But that’s just IMHO.
The rubber strap with deployent clasp looks good on the laureato Chronograph. Maybe because its sporty.
If you are considering a blue or silver dial laureato in the future, I suggest the 41 mm heritage which is the father to the current modern production pieces. It’s slimmer. And case is 41 mm. I did an in-depth review of it in the laureato Facebook group. Basically, more streamline and elegant than the 42 mm. The dial color is a different blue. Bezel is mirror polished. Bracelet comes with half link and is not sequential. The date wheel is white which in my opinion give it a truer DNA reference to the original 8010 laureato.
It’s also a limited edition, more rare and could be a collectors item in the future.
Search for “Girard Perregaux 81000” in the usual websites.
The LE number is engraved on the back.
