Nice Finishing............. for a Soup Pot

Brushing, polishing and riveting. 

I just picked this up to replace a worn out Calphalon piece. Looking forward to putting it to use.

That pot is going to see some delicious meals! I always thought copper pots were the most beautifully finished. But boy they must be a pain to clean! I too use brushed metal cookware from the same brand. They're fairly well finished indeed!

We've had about 25 pieces of Mauviel for almost 20 years and I've never polished them. We treat them as normal pots and they do patina but, honestly, it really does look nice. And there really isn't a pressing reason to always have them showroom shiny. I ...

I uhh... am a terrible cook. And an infrequent cook. So I. have the pots and pans (and they're not as nice as your copper Mauviel pieces) and they are mostly just sitting there, collecting dust. Oh well... The golf club are underutilized too.
