After the second try and some hours later I pumped the air
out. Kept in the fridge it should last still some days.
This would last for 4-5 days with improvements.
I had a 2017 and stored it in a corked decanter in the cellar at 12c.

This case should be consumed soon probably well past its prime. But I am sure it will not disappoint. ...
Have tried the'05
a few years ago....still fairly closed on both bouquet and palate,though with great potential. Accessible now and giving pleasure would be the'01 and '04...both drinking well. Looking forward to taste my '09s over a period of time to see how they develop....
I decant my 05's for four hours before drinking. 2009 was spectacular circa 2012 and then shutdown. It's still closed. Hope it returns to its magical state after 2030
