The near symmetrical layout of the VII dial makes it easier on the eye than the more technically impressive VIII. For that reason the VII would be the winner for me. Though the symmetry of the Zeitwerk is arguably even more compelling, even if it is considerably larger and thicker than the VII.

Hard to compare with the ZW which is a monster (in size) by comparison. And a much more striking presence on the wrist.
Would be a nice pair to have all the same.

I’m biased obviously but I do think the Vagabondage series is very special.
After the Resonance it’s the next most important reference for me in the line up. And while there are several limited editions and many many custom dials the Vagabondage stands apart to me.
