Byblos
Dear fellow Purists,
Aside from my perennial obsession with the Resonance in 38mm, I am fascinated since 2014 with the Byblos version of the CB.
What is your take on this piece? A brilliant LE? A standout open dial for FPJ? Too bling or ostentatious?
Let me know what you think of this rare beast. Wrist shots and ownerâs experiences always welcome đ

Very true.

Actually it's astonishing that FPJ never made a skeleton watch (hope I'm correct about this) given his gorgeous gold movements and high standards of finishing. A future project, maybe? Thanks for your comments, Watchonthewrist!
I love it!

F.P. Journe movements are art masterpieces. So this âdialâ makes the movement the canvas with those several finishes. Also the cut out has the form of a flower, so it feels organic. I would mind using it everyday! Best. RenĂŠ
