We have a tendency to talk about grail watches we love (a Journe Tourbillon of almost any iteration for me), but these tend, almost by definition, to be somewhat out of reach, at least in the short term.
I would like to hear about the next watch you are actually planning to purchase. What has caught your eye recently and, most importantly, why?
Personally I am faced by a bit of a conundrum. A Vacheron Constantin Historiques American 1921 or a GO Chronometer are on the cards (which is a bit unusual for me as I don’t usually respond quickly to new releases) but I always wonder if I should just keep saving for the Journe. A vintage JLC Memovox would probably scratch my itch along the way.

Always enjoy your sensibilities. Admit that I would need more of an education (don't be surprised) for me to arrive at these beauties as a choice, but each of their histories and aesthetics as are superb. Great to show me things that I need to research.
