Introduced in the early 2000s, the Cartier Tank à Vis (literally Tank with screws) was introduced as part of the Collection Privée Cartier Paris (CPCP).
Here are three examples in white metals with different complications: dual time, time only and wandering hours.

These really are beautiful examples of Cartier doing what they do best.
Unlike most here I would go for the Platinum time only version as my favourite, now the reason I don't think we see a lot of these watches is that not a lot were made being only a CPCP watch. Also I would imagine those that own one rarely if ever sell the...
